Technology

The Long Arc of Innovation

ARCNetUSA embeds AR preparedness education into everyday consumer products — meeting citizens where they already are, without adding friction or cost.

Public Health

The Bystander Decides the Outcome

The first minutes of any emergency are decided by whoever is already present. ARCNetUSA ensures that person knows what to do.

III

Sociology

Resilience Is Built Before Disasters

Communities that survive disasters are distinguished by social capital cultivated over time. ARCNetUSA is the infrastructure for that accumulation.

Economics

Every Dollar Returns Six

Every dollar invested in pre-disaster mitigation returns six in avoided costs. ARCNetUSA requires no new funding — it leverages the existing consumer economy.

Education

People Learn By Doing

ARCNetUSA delivers experiential, gamified learning through three certification tiers — drawing from the most rigorously studied principles of intrinsic motivation.

Equity

Universal Access, No Barriers

ARCNetUSA reaches the most vulnerable communities through the products they already purchase, in the stores they already visit, in the languages they already speak.

VII

National Security

A Prepared Citizenry Is National Defense

Presidential Policy Directive 8 declared national preparedness a shared responsibility. ARCNetUSA makes that responsibility actionable — daily, rewarded, and scalable.

VIII

This Mission

The Most Significant Opportunity in a Generation

It requires no new funding, no new legislation, and no behavior change from citizens. It requires only that the private sector choose to use the leverage it already has.
